Delivery Terms:

• We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and use a Tracked Service for all deliveries.

• Our target delivery times are:
  UK Orders: 3-4 working days from payment receipt.
  European Orders: 7-10 working days.
  International Orders: 10-14 working days.
  Delivery to remote areas like the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer.

• Next Day Delivery (UK only):
  Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be delivered the following business day.
  Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next morning for delivery the next business day.
  Weekend orders will be processed the next working day.
  For Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, next-day delivery will take 2 days.

• General Delivery Timeline:
  Please allow up to 28 days for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances with delivery companies.
  In case of undeliverable products, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery, possibly incurring additional postage costs.

• Risk and Liability:
  Once delivered, the products are at the customer's risk. We are not liable for damage, loss, or destruction of items post-delivery.
  Claims for missing parcels can only be made after 28 working days from dispatch.
  We will not initiate a claim or provide a refund for missing parcels until the delivery company has declared it lost.

• Returns & Exchanges:
  Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
  Return postage and packing fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• International Orders:
  We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as handling fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the receiving country.
  We do not falsify customs declarations to avoid these fees.
  We are not responsible for goods seized by customs in the receiving country.

• Age Restricted Items (UK only):
  We use various methods, including the electoral role, to verify the age of purchasers for age-restricted items.
  By purchasing age-restricted products, you consent to our terms and conditions, including allowing us to reference age verification sources.
